Cherry Ventures is supporting our portfolio with this hire Summary about the role We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship & Success Manager with experience in quality and regulatory compliance in MedTech to join our team in Paris, Berlin, or Vienna. This role focuses on ensuring the success and satisfaction of our large and mid-size medical device manufacturer clients. As a key member of our customer success team, you will build long-term relationships, drive customer happiness, identify business opportunities, and help clients maximize the use of our software. Proficiency in German and English is essential (additional languages a plus) along with a willingness to travel up to twice a month. Why Flinn? Your contributions to our journey: Build and maintain long-term relationships with large and mid-size medical device manufacturers. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns promptly. Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive training on our software. Identify future business opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell potential. Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Willingness to travel up to twice a month to meet with customers and attend industry events. What you need to be successful: Proven experience in Customer Success roles or medical or pharmaceutical compliance-related roles, such as Clinical or Regulatory Affairs Management Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, additional languages are a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to twice a month. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of medical device industry and compliance requirements.
