About the role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Entry-Level Tax Assistant to kick-start their career in our dynamic international tax team! In this role, you’ll take on the essential task of preparing VAT returns and tackling day-to-day VAT-related questions, helping ensure smooth and compliant operations across our business. About your tasks: Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time in compliance with local regulations. Respond to basic VAT-related questions from internal stakeholders. Assist in maintaining documentation and supporting schedules for VAT transactions. Collaborate with the Senior Tax Manager and the wider finance team to ensure compliance and efficient tax reporting. Support ad hoc tax and accounting projects as assigned. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of VAT and accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders. Fluent in English; Dutch and German language skills are a plus.
