We are looking for you as a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for our well-known client in the maritime sector on a temporary basis. Your key role is the central control and coordination of all processes for the approval of new ships for maritime traffic and the timely delivery of complex delivery items.

Your tasks
10. Approval control: Tracking and clarification of all requirements (certificates, measurement certificate, stability) for sea-going vessel approval.
11. Acceptance & delivery: Preparation and execution of the delivery of ships and systems to the customer.
12. Interface management: Central coordination and communication between the client, subcontractors, authorities and classification societies.
13. Documentation: Preparation of approval and acceptance documentation as well as project-related reporting.
14. Support: Coordination and administrative support (back office) during sea trials and sea trials.
Your profile
15. Qualifications: Completed (Bachelor's) degree (business administration, nautical science, shipbuilding, industrial engineering) or training as a shipping clerk.
16. Experience (desired): 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the maritime industry and/or related to the German Armed Forces.
17. Skills: Basic technical understanding, good organizational skills, strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
18. Mobility: Willingness to travel (approx. 20%), incl. participation in sea trials.
