They're looking for a (Senior) Process Manager to help reshape their core billing operations.
Please note: this is an operational process redesign role, not an IT or technical systems role. I am looking for someone with a background in management consulting or internal business transformation — strong on process analysis, operating model design, and driving operational change.
This is hands-on operational change — not theoretical process mapping or IT system configuration.
Identify inefficiencies and process breaks, then drive pragmatic solutions — with or without major IT changes.
Collaborate with operational teams, leadership, and international colleagues.
Manage (sub-)projects independently.
3–5+ years of experience, ideally from management consulting with a focus on operational process optimisation.
~ Fluent German and good English are required.
