Your Key Responsibilities
1. Take global responsibility for defining, developing, and implementing AI engineering methods, tools, and digital solutions
2. Ensure the successful delivery of complex AI transformation programs, combining strategic consulting and hands-on implementation
3. Provide disciplinary and technical management of AI Engineering teams in Nürnberg, Herzogenaurach, Pune, and Toulouse
4. Manage the global budget, cost centers, and project portfolio for the AI Engineering Hub.
5. Lead and develop four diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering an open and collaborative culture guided by shared purpose and vision
6. Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build high-performing, empowered teams able to meet evolving business needs
7. Cultivate strong executive relationships, acting as a strategic partner for company-wide AI transformation initiatives
8. Drive continuous improvement by tracking key delivery KPIs, optimizing processes, and developing scalable, efficient AI solutions
Your Qualifications
9. Successfully completed academic degree
10. 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technical delivery leadership roles
11. Strong engineering background, ideally in data and/or AI systems-able to engage credibly with technical teams and clients on C-Level
12. Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary service teams Hands-on experience delivering complex AI transformation projects, from strategy to technical implementation
13. Leader-of-leaders: able to coach and scale senior engineering and delivery managers
14. Skilled in building scalable, process-driven technical delivery operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
15. Experience in integrating AI agents, automation, or intelligent tooling into delivery and operational workflows
16. Demonstrated success in driving measurable customer value and aligning solutions to real business outcomes
17. Delivery mindset with the ability to shape modular, scalable service offerings rooted in technical excellence
