Managing Director (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
* Leadership and management of the organisation with a clear focus on strategy and implementation, as well as full P&L responsibility
* Responsibility for sales activities and customer management in our sales organisation, with a focus on successful tenders, risk management and personal participation in negotiations at decision-makers level
* Responsibility for efficiency, quality and delivery reliability as well as continuous optimization of processes accordingly
* Steering and supporting change processes for the sustainable successful alignment of the company
* Continuous development and advancement of the management team
* Internal and external representation of the company with an intercultural and international focus
Your profile:
* Management experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing company with a focus on electronics
* Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset as well as comprehensive commercial know-how
* Proven success in implementing digitalisation projects and change processes
* Professional experience in the result-oriented and key figure-based management of business units
* Analytical and dynamic approach
* Open minded for new ideas, strong communication skills and assertiveness
