Your Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, events, and projects with attention to detail.
* Create professional presentations and documentation using MS Office.
* Manage social media platforms, develop content strategies, and engage with the community.
* Maintain and develop relationships with international artists, partners, and influencers.
* Conduct research on innovative projects, artist profiles, and market trends.
* Ensure general office organization and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Your Profile
* Excellent language skills in English (business fluent), French, and German; Luxembourgish is an asset.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
* Ideally, professional experience in assistant roles, preferably working with brands and companies (corporates).
* Experience in social media and influencer management is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and proactive working style.
* Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with artists, partners, and guests from around the world.
