Your Responsibilities
1. You will accompany the deal team in the preparation, execution and closing process of transactions.
2. You actively support the deal team in the creation of financial models and enterprise value analyses.
3. You create strategic market & competition analyses.
4. You develop expressive pitches for potential mandates in an international team and actively contribute to client acquisition.
Your Profile
5. Enthusiasm for digital topics, disruptive innovations and new technologies
6. Advanced bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a financial focus
7. First experience in M&A, corporate finance, corporate development, consulting or auditing preferred (ideally through an internship)
8. Excellent social as well as very good German & English skills
9. High willingness to learn and perform and independent and structured way of working
10. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
11. Having fun working in an international team and facing new challenges every day
