Responsibilities
* Develop strategic direction, define target vision, and derive measures to achieve it.
* Lead, manage, and develop the team in a dynamic environment.
* Negotiate service contracts with top suppliers, including commercial terms.
* Build long-term business relationships, evaluate partner performance, and identify new partners.
* Ensure business & IT processes meet customer needs and quality standards.
* Manage budgets and ensure financial KPIs align with company goals.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop risk reduction strategies.
* Negotiate authorization contracts and conduct tenders to improve after-sales offerings.
* Develop bottom-up revenue and cost planning as a basis for budgeting.
* Create communication strategies for after-sales services at POS and online, and participate in marketing campaigns.
* Continuously improve end-customer processes and increase NPS.
* Manage and track open service orders and oversee service portfolio management.
* Oversee IT systems and processes used in after-sales, including requirements management and optimization.
* Ensure and enhance profit margins.
* Present at conferences and conduct professional talks within MMSD.
* Automate and digitize end-customer and back-office processes using IT systems.
Profile
* Extensive leadership experience managing large teams.
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
* Several years of experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or service partners.
* Excellent management and entrepreneurial skills.
* Solid knowledge of market, economic, and supply chain processes.
* Profound knowledge in finance & IT.
* Experience in after-sales management and key account relationships.
* Negotiation experience with contracts and terms.
* Analytical skills and strong process and numerical understanding.
* Ability to identify and define business opportunities.
* Good self-organization, motivation, and goal-oriented work in a dynamic setting.
* Project management knowledge is a plus.
