The Pricing & Trade Terms Manager plays a crucial role in accelerating Miele's B2B business with a focus on kitchen specialist and electronic retail channels, including the respective E-commerce businesses. As part of the central sales organization, Sales Retail International (SRI), the role acts as a bridge between commercial strategy and local execution, ensuring that pricing concepts, commercial terms and promotions effectively support profitable growth. The Pricing & Trade Terms Manager plays a key role in shaping a consistent, transparent and market-appropriate approach across markets, including a suitable governance. By combining strong conceptual work with close collaboration across Sales, Category Marketing and Finance, the role contributes significantly to improving pricing quality, decision-making and commercial performance across markets. The role works closely with senior commercial stakeholders and contributes to key initiatives shaping the future commercial model. This position is temporary for 24 months Your responsibilities Develop pricing concepts and guidelines from a commercial perspective, covering list and net price management as well as trade terms and promotions Act as a center of excellence, working closely with market teams and central functions, incl. Sales, Category Marketing and Finance Structure and analyze pricing-related business questions including inputs from SRI analytics teams, translating insights into clear decision support, guidelines, and recommendations Support the set-up and application of pricing governance, incl. annual trade terms, promotions as well as exception processes, and provide functional input for pricing-related tools and dashboards Guide the implementation of pricing concepts and SAP roll-outs, sharing best practices across markets and contributing to concept refinements where required Contribute to central and market-specific initiatives from a pricing perspective, incl. business improvement, growth and turnaround topics What we are looking for Several years of professional experience in Pricing, Revenue / Commercial Management, or in a strategy or management consulting role with a strong pricing focus, ideally within FMCG, durables or a comparable consumer-oriented industry Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field Strong ability to structure and analyze complex commercial questions and translate insights into clear decision support, guidelines, and recommendations Solid understanding of pricing mechanics, incl. list pricing, trade terms and promotions Experience in applying data-driven and AI-supported insights in pricing, incl. concept development, validation and formulation of requirements towards analytics teams Experience of working in cross-functional and international environments, including complex stakeholder management
