About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an HR Operations Manager. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing company policies, overseeing recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, monitoring departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, collective agreements, and local employment law.
* Support communication with the works council regarding routine topics.
* Contribute to HR process improvements and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Oversee technology infrastructure that supports HR processes, including recruiting, performance management.
* Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making.
* Develop and track key HR metrics (retention, development, DE&I etc.), analyze people and talent-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
* Assist in employee lifecycle processes: contract preparation, onboarding, changes, offboarding.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
* Demonstrated success in leading and managing HR operations teams.
* Good knowledge of local labor law basics and employment procedures.
* Language Skills: Full Professional Proficiency in English and German; Mandarin desirable.
