Dental Hygienist Trainer m/f/x
Location Schaan, Liechtenstein
Your responsibilities:
* You perform professional tooth cleaning and preventive oral care for Ivoclar employees
* You provide chairside support and clinical demonstrations during training sessions and product trials
* You deliver lectures and hands-on workshops to dental professionals, both in-person and virtually
* You develop and maintain evidence-based educational curricula focused on prevention, oral hygiene, and patient care
* You collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate clinical insights into training content
* You create clinical case presentations in the context of Ivoclar Prevention & Care products
* You represent Ivoclar Academy at conferences, trade shows, and educational events
Your qualifications:
* Certified Dental Hygienist with at least 3 years of clinical experience in chairside assistance, patient care, and preventive dentistry
* Strong didactic and communication skills, experience in education preferred
* Proficient in developing training materials and using digital education tools
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* Open-minded and culturally sensitive, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and region
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
