Unsere deutsche Niederlassung in Frankfurt/Eschborn betreut ausgewählte Kundengruppen im europäischen Markt. Der Arbeitsvertrag wird mit unserer deutschen Niederlassung abgeschlossen. Für diesen Standort suchen wir eine qualifizierte Fachkraft, die eigenverantwortlich die Produktentwicklung für definierte Kundensegmente übernimmt und den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess steuert. Bevorzugt werden deutsche Einwohner.
Ihre Aufgaben
Produktentwicklung & Konzeptarbeit
* Entwicklung von Produktkonzepten, Kapseln und Artikeln
* Erstellung von Moodboards, Farbkonzepten und technischen Briefings
* Analyse von Markt- und Trendimpulsen
Technische Umsetzung & Dokumentation
* Erstellung und Pflege aller technischen Unterlagen, einschließlich:
* Maßtabellen
* Verarbeitungsvorgaben
* Konstruktionsdetails
* BOMs
* Qualitäts- und Performanceanforderungen
* Bewertung von Mustern hinsichtlich Passform, Verarbeitung, Materialeinsatz und Produktionsmachbarkeit
Internationale Zusammenarbeit
* Strukturierte, präzise Kommunikation mit unseren asiatischen Entwicklungs- und Produktionsteams
* Erstellung klarer Anforderungsprofile und Steuerung der Muster- und Entwicklungsphasen
* Enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Logistik und Design
Prozessbegleitung & Auftragsfreigabe
* Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses bis zur finalen Auftragsplatzierung
* Sicherstellung vollständiger technischer Unterlagen und korrekter Systemdaten
* Mitarbeit an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
Ihr Profil
Qualifikation
* Bevorzugt: Ausbildung oder Studium in Bekleidungstechnik, Textiltechnik oder Produktentwicklung
* Alternativ: relevante, mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Bekleidungsentwicklung
Fachliche Kompetenz
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Materialkunde, Verarbeitungstechnik und internationalen Produktionsstrukturen
* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit asiatischen Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandorten
* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen, Spezifikationen und Entwicklungsdokumenten
* Verständnis für Preisstrukturen, Materialalternativen und Machbarkeitsbewertungen
Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit
* Strukturiertes, analytisches Arbeiten
* Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und Fähigkeit zur Prozessoptimierung
* Strategisches, zielorientiertes Denken, um Entwicklungsprozesse effizient umzusetzen
* Kreatives und visuelles Verständnis für Trends, Farben und Produktgestaltung
* Sehr gute Markt- und Produktkenntnisse in der Textil- und Bekleidungsbranche

About Us
We are an international company with our own production facilities in Asia, additional partner factories, and a central headquarters in China.
As one of the largest textile producers globally and the leading Chinese textile exporter to Europe, we develop and manufacture apparel products for the international volume market.
Our German subsidiary in Frankfurt/Eschborn manages selected customer groups in the European market and will be the entity under which the contract is signed. We are looking for an experienced professional who will independently oversee the product development process for defined customer segments. German residents preferred.
Your Responsibilities
Product Development & Concept Creation
* Development of product concepts, capsules, and assortments
* Creation of mood boards, color concepts, and technical design briefs
* Evaluation of market and trend insights
Technical Execution & Documentation
* Creation and maintenance of all technical specifications (measurement charts, construction details, BOMs, quality standards)
* Evaluation of samples regarding fit, workmanship, materials, and production feasibility
International Collaboration
* Structured communication with our development and production teams in Asia
* Preparation of clear technical requirements and management of all development stages
* Coordination with purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, and design
Process Support & Order Release
* Managing the full product development cycle until final order placement
* Ensuring complete and accurate documentation and system data
* Contribution to process and workflow optimization
Your Profile
Qualifications
* Preferably a degree or vocational training in apparel technology, textile engineering, or product development
* Alternatively: relevant, proven professional experience in apparel development
Technical Expertise
* Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and international production processes
* Experience working with Asian production sites
* Confident handling of technical specifications and documentation
* Understanding of pricing structures, material alternatives, and feasibility assessments
