English Teacher
Main Task:
1. Develop and Implement English Language Learning Programs for Employees
2. Create Business and Profession-Specific Learning Module
3. Assess Participants' English Proficiency
4. Provide Training in Conversation, Presentation Skills, and Business English
5. Prepare Regular Learning Progress Reports
6. Coordinate with HRD for Program Scheduling and Evaluation
7. Offer Feedback and Recommendations for Employee English Language Development
Qualification:
8. Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Language, English Literature, or English Language Education
9. Preferably a min. of 2 years of experience teaching English in a formal or informal institution
10. Possess a valid TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC certificate (with a minimum score of 550/6.0/700 respectively)
11. Proficient in modern and interactive teaching methodologies
12. Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
13. Willingness to undergo a micro-teaching test
14. Placement of Pasuruan, East Java
