Job Description
Your primary responsibilities include overseeing external market research agencies for both quantitative and qualitative studies, managing procurement processes, designing research projects including question development, questionnaire design, data analysis, and report writing.
* Manage multinational stakeholder engagement and lead steering groups to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Conduct significant primary research using statistical techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling.
* Implement insights through communication and engagement with central and regional units to drive business process improvements.
* Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure seamless communication across channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Experimental Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Business Analytics/ Administration, or Data Science.
* Experience in secondary data sources such as Nielsen and proficiency in software like R, Python, and SAS.
* At least three years of experience in corporate/public sector research, specifically in quantitative and qualitative methods.
* Familiarity with market research, including customer behavior and attitudes, brand management, and research reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with adaptability to diverse company cultures.
* Fluent English language skills with German being a plus.
