 * Manage and optimize our digital HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) to enable efficient HR processes
 * Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external providers
 * Analyze, model, and improve global HR processes as part of our digital transformation initiative
 * Translate HR needs into user-friendly, scalable digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
 * Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for our global HR systems
 * Support the integration and interface management between HR systems and other IT platforms
 * Ensure the continuous improvement of user journeys and process automation
 * Drive process harmonization and standardization across countries and business units

This is what you bring!
 * University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable qualification
 * Ideally first experience with ServiceNow (HRSD). We support with HRSD certification process, if needed.
 * Familiarity with other HR systems and the interaction of the various systems is desirable.
 * Professional experience in process modeling
 * Solid understanding of HR processes/end-to-end solutions and how they can be supported digitally in an international context.
 * Experience in international project environments and working with global stakeholders
 * Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between HR and IT
 * Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
 * Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
