We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Wortking Student to join our team and contribute to our brand acquisition and partner onboarding initiatives.
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by supporting the team in brand acquisition and partner onboarding processes. Responsibilities:
Brand Acquisition:
* Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners that align with our company values and goals.
* Assist in outreach efforts to prospective brands, showcasing the unique opportunities and benefits of collaborating with our fashion start-up.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine materials for brand presentations and pitches.
* Maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and communication records.
Partner Onboarding:
* Work closely with the business development team to facilitate the onboarding process for new brand partners.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless integration of new brands into our platform.
* Assist in developing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process.
* Act as a liaison between the company and new partners, addressing any inquiries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute joint promotional activities and campaigns with partners.
* Gather feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing relationship enhancement efforts.
Qualifikation
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks with a strong sense of initiative.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Familiarity with the fashion industry and current market trends is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
