Description We're hiring a German-speaking Senior Business Development Manager in our Water Division, to cover the DACHs and Nordic territories. We’re growing our EMEA sales force, and we need a driven closer who’s got the strategic chops to expand market share and bring in high-value wins. Responsibilities Build trust with key accounts and convert high-potential prospects. Win big - target and capture strategic clients through smart offers and solid relationships. Represent NSF at tradeshows, seminars, and client events (50% onsite, 50% virtual). Grow accounts from small to strategic with sharp insights and a solid sales plan. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless projects. Own your pipeline - build it, nurture it, and report on it using SalesForce CRM. Create territory-specific strategies with marketing to hit aggressive revenue goals. Be the voice clients rely on beyond QA - help expand NSF's suite of services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/sales experience. 3-5 years of hands-on selling, closing deals, and managing forecasts. Deep knowledge of the DACHs & Nordic territories. CRM mastery (SalesForce) and sales finesse across B2B portfolios. Fluent German & stellar presentation skills (non-negotiable).
