Who we're looking for
A
late Co-Founder
with a strong background in
product development
, who also understands the
business side of startups
.
You should:
* Have built and shipped products before (startup experience strongly preferred)
* Think in
systems
, not features
* Understand users, incentives, and early traction
* Be comfortable operating in uncertainty
* Care about
long-term impact
, not short-term hype
Compensation & setup (important)
* This role is equity-based only
* No salary at this stage
* You receive
real ownership
as a co-founder
* Long-term responsibility and upside — aligned with the company's success
