Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support the management of international research projects. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
* Coordinate administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including researchers, university executives, and funding agencies.
* Liaise with local institutions and organizations to establish partnerships and secure funding.
* Prepare high-quality reports and proposals to secure funding and resources.
* Support the planning and execution of scientific meetings and events.
* Draft guidelines and regulations for project operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A completed university degree in a relevant field (ideally a doctorate).
* Proven experience in project coordination or research management.
* Additional qualifications in project management, science communication, or business administration are desirable.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Very good knowledge of project and quality management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* High degree of service orientation.
