The Role
As Client-Side Construction Manager, you will represent the client on-site and take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of the lifecycle replacement works, ensuring contractors execute to the required quality, safety, and programme expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead on-site construction delivery for a mechanical lifecycle replacement project within a live operational environment.
* Manage and coordinate General Contractors and specialist subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and safety standards.
* Oversee the replacement and upgrade of critical mechanical infrastructure, with particular attention to systems integration and operational continuity.
* Provide technical oversight relating to BMS integration and performance, ensuring systems function effectively within the wider building environment.
* Act as the client’s on-site representative, driving project delivery and ensuring contractors meet performance expectations.
* Coordinate closely with design teams, project managers, and operational stakeholders.
* Monitor programme, quality assurance, and compliance across all phases of construction.
* Support commissioning readiness and ensure smooth handover of upgraded systems to operational teams.
* Contribute to the planning and early development of a future campus expansion project following completion of the lifecycle replacement works.
About You
We are looking for an experienced construction professional who combines technical mechanical knowledge with strong on-site project leadership.

* Strong mechanical systems knowledge, ideally including HVAC, plant replacement, and critical cooling systems.
* Demonstrated BMS knowledge, with the ability to understand and guide systems integration during lifecycle upgrades.
* Experience taking projects from early stages through to completion and handover.
* Comfortable operating in a hands-on, site-based leadership role within active operational facilities.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in both English and German.
* Willingness to work 100% on-site in Frankfurt.
