* Collaboration and strong relationships built across departments to support Agile adoption, identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team progress.
* Continuous improvement and learning encouraged, helping teams reach peak performance while knowing when to intervene and when to step back.
Proficiency in both French and English required, with strong analytical, listening, and teaching abilities.
* Experience mentoring and coaching teams, implementing Agile frameworks particularly Scrum, solid technical foundation ideal, experience as a developer preferred.
* Ambiguity and conflict navigated comfortably, delivering clear messages and maintaining focus on strategic goals.
* Authentic, confident, and courageous approach expected.
