Do you want to make an impact? Then become part of our team now! As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will drive and coordinate the compliance framework across the entire ControlExpert Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), you act as a key partner by providing clear insights and documentation that support strategic decisions. You ensure a consistent compliance approach within all entities and help safeguard our integrity, meeting legal and regulatory requirements effectively. Support the development and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System, including trainings, investigations, documentation, and fostering a strong compliance culture. Implement and oversee the compliance framework for Assigned Compliance Risk Areas (e.g., Anti‑Financial Crime and Market Integrity). Advise senior management on regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks across the organization. Coordinate with other control functions (e.g., Internal Audit) to ensure effective oversight and adherence. Monitor legal changes, support the annual Compliance Plan, and prepare regular reports to the Management Board, including escalation of critical issues. Support and guide international entities in maintaining robust compliance systems and provide key insights to the Chief Compliance Officer. Qualification: University degree in law — or another degree with a strong focus on compliance, legal, or regulatory topics Experience: 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in an international company, ideally within a regulated industry. Proven managerial experience in compliance and/or legal functions Professional Competencies: Proven experience in managing compliance risks and programs within an international environment. Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the insurance sector. Solid understanding of insurance and financial markets as well as governance and regulatory frameworks.
