Job Summary
:
1. Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Customer Marketing Team.
2. Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to manage two of our most important major customers and develop tailored marketing solutions.
3. Create compelling presentations for key accounts, incorporating market analyses and study results, and present them professionally.
4. Develop annual joint business plans in close coordination with our partners, oversee the implementation of agreed measures, and assume budget responsibility for your area.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for the Lead Key Account Manager, prioritizing projects and ensuring smooth collaboration.
6. Contribute actively to the leadership circle for the DACH market and guide the strategic direction of your team.
7. Work on international projects as part of your daily responsibilities, collaborating closely with English-speaking colleagues.
8. Develop creative initiatives to strengthen the contact lens category in everyday optical practice.
9. Serve as the “Insights Champion”, analysing market and consumer data, deriving actionable recommendations, and ensuring all relevant functions are informed.
10. Coordinate collaboration with external agencies and partners to successfully deliver projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
11. Completed Masters degree/ Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field
12. Several years of practical experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand marketing, or product management
13. Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing and motivating a team
14. Strong communication and presentation skills
15. Ability to develop compelling commercial arguments and category stories, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
16. Creativity and customer focus, with experience in POS and digital strategies within 360° campaigns
17. Experience in FMCG or consumer health is an advantage
18. Proficiency in MS Office
19. Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
20. Passion for contact lenses
