* Process Design: Develop practical QA process from the ground, from test planning through execution to reporting
* Evaluation & Tool Selection: Research and compare modern test management tools, conduct proof-of-concepts, and evaluate which solution best fits our requirements
* Implementation & Rollout: Support the introduction of the QA process, create documentation and guidelines, and help teams implement it in the day-to-day operations
* Optional – Test Automation: Interested in test automation? You’ll have the opportunity to develop concepts for automated tests and implement initial test cases to increase test coverage
That's You
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)
* Strong interest in software quality assurance, testing processes, and product development
* Structured and analytical mindset, especially for evaluating tools and processes
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
* Independent, proactive, and eager-to-learn working style
