We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our HR and Organisational Consulting team in Luxembourg.
* The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR & Organisational consulting role, with a strong focus on people-centric organisations.
* They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
* A high level of autonomy and organisational skills is also required, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-design and deliver HR solutions in areas such as:
o HR & Organisational effectiveness assessment
o HR process & policy design or improvement
o Compensation & Benefits
o Talent & Performance Management
o Learning & Development
* Work closely with HR and leadership teams to identify core challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose analyses, recommendations and solutions.
* Drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
* Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced within agreed timelines, helping us achieve business success.
* Keep up with the latest HR trends and practices and actively share knowledge within the team.
* Contribute to the team's visibility and thought leadership, both locally and globally.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is essential.
* Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German is considered an asset.
* Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS tools is beneficial.
