?
1. As an intern (m/f/x), you will support our HR service team in all matters relating to the employee life cycle and have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the field of HR management.
2. Your central tasks include administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and references as well as the systematic processing of changes in working hours.
3. Active cooperation with various internal and external contact persons is also part of your everyday work.
4. Through your work, you will support us in providing our employees with the best possible support and ensuring an efficient HR service.
Your profile?
5. You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study and are enthusiastic about human relations, ideally with initial HR experience.
6. You are characterized by open communication, an independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility.
7. Good MS Office skills, a quick grasp of things and very good German and English skills round off your profile.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
