* Disziplinarische Leitung und Führung der Abteilung Lynx Produktmanagement
* Leitung und Verantwortung aller Lynx-Projekte im Unterauftrag internationaler Schwestergesellschaften mit Ausnahme strategischer Großprogramme
* Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie sowie für die kurz-, mittel- und langfristige Roadmap des Produktportfolios
* Management von Markt- und Portfolioanforderungen sowie aktive Steuerung der Zielkosten
* Identifikation von Synergien auf Komponenten- und Subsystemebene
* Kontinuierliche Markt- und Technologierecherche zur Ableitung von Innovations- und Anwendungspotenzialen
* Kommunikation und Kooperation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (m/w/d)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement sowie Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Risikomanagement
* Erfahrung im Militär oder in der Verteidigungsindustrie
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick
* Grundlegende Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
