Job Title : Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) – Market Access & Sales
Location : Europe (Preference for DACH region)
Company Overview :
We are a leading Nuclear Medicine & Radiopharmaceutical company, driving the commercialization of a first-in-class, next-generation Phase III isotope. With a successfully marketed product and strong investor backing, we are now seeking a Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) to spearhead market share expansion and sales growth across Europe, with a primary focus on achieving a 25% market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Share Growth & Competitive Strategy
* Lead the go-to-market strategy to secure a dominant position in the European radiopharmaceutical market.
* Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify key players, industry trends, and untapped opportunities.
* Define and execute a roadmap to capture 25% market share, ensuring aggressive but sustainable expansion.
* Develop and present data-driven commercial strategies to the CEO and executive team to optimize market penetration.
Market Access & Pricing Leadership
* Establish and manage relationships with payers and reimbursement agencies across Europe, with a core focus on the DACH region .
* Drive pricing and reimbursement negotiations, ensuring optimal access and uptake of our product portfolio.
* Form and lead an advisory board of key decision-makers, including regulatory and industry experts, to navigate complex market entry challenges.
Sales Expansion & Business Development
* Develop and scale a commercial sales strategy that aligns with revenue and market share targets.
* Identify and execute B2B partnerships, securing distribution channels to accelerate adoption.
* Spearhead commercial team growth, with a planned expansion of the European sales team in 2026 .
Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership
* Align the company’s European commercial strategy with global business objectives.
* Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs, and corporate teams to drive strategic initiatives.
* Act as the commercial face of the company, engaging with key stakeholders and industry bodies to solidify our market presence.
Key Qualifications & Experience :
* Proven experience in a senior Sales or Market Access leadership role, with a track record of delivering market share growth .
* Deep knowledge of European radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine markets, including payer dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute high-impact market entry strategies .
* Executive leadership experience, with the ability to scale sales teams and drive revenue growth.
* Experience working within a clinical-stage or commercial-stage biotech / pharmaceutical environment .
