Responsibilities Lead and manage the regional Front Office team across multiple EMEA office locations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery at all front desks, including reception, logistics, and general office administration Develop and maintain front office processes, service standards, and operational procedures across the region Act as the primary point of coordination for all regional front office topics and ensure seamless collaboration with internal departments (e.g., HR, IT, Facility Management, and Executive Assistants) Support vendor management for office-related services and supplies across EMEA sites Oversee the coordination of travel support, office events, visitor management, and meeting logistics Contribute to regional office culture by fostering collaboration, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere Supervise and support local Front Office Coordinators, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback Standardize tools, templates, and workflows for front office tasks across regional offices Monitor and manage regional front office budgets, purchasing, and cost efficiency Coordinate space management, meeting room usage, and guest logistics in collaboration with Facility Management Track and resolve issues related to front office service delivery and act as escalation point when needed Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and office-wide events Ensure proper documentation and reporting of regional front office operations Qualifications Completed commercial training, hotel management education, or similar qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in front office, office management, or hospitality services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site coordination role Strong leadership and coordination skills across dispersed teams and locations Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on service excellence Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with travel booking systems or facility tools.
