Optimizing trading and developing profitable strategies within the German Day-ahead-, Intraday- and Ancillary Services Markets for power with full PnL responsibility
Developing of algo-trading strategies together with our technology partners
Integration of Encavis BESS assets into trading strategies
Responsible for expanding the power trading business to further Encavis core markets, such as Italy and Spain
Responsible for leading our short-term trading Team, including trainings and education of junior traders and analysts
Development of a data strategy for short term trading and dispatch
Evaluating and improving the trading infrastructure landscape
You have at least 3 years of professional experience with short-term trading in Germany, Italy or Spain
You are a strategic thinker who identifies trends in the markets, analyses data, and excels in developing trading strategies
You have experience in rolling out or further development of trading infrastructure and the underlying IT-backbone
You have a growth mindset, take ownership of projects, and value collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
Excellent communication skills in German and English that enable you to successfully operate in an international environment complete your profile
