Responsibilities
* Support of national and international M&A transactions, divestments as well as the establishment of joint ventures and company foundations
* Conducting of company research and preparation of strategic analyses (e.g., market and competitive environment)
* Preparation and analysis of key financial figures and business plans
* Preparation of company valuations in accordance with established valuation methods
* Involvement in the preparation of presentations for the senior management
Qualifications
* Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects
* Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment banks, accounting firms or strategy consultancies
* A general interest in financial markets
* Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills
* Discipline and self-motivation as well as very good German and English language skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and as part of a global team
