Ihre Aufgaben:
* Be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of a company-wide project management system based on Adobe Workfront.
* Optimize interfaces to adjacent tools and ensure seamless system integration.
* Analyze and improve existing workflows, role and permission concepts, and project structures.
* Work closely with business units and IT to make processes more efficient.
* Train users, support change processes, and ensure high user acceptance.
* Use data analysis to identify optimization potential and support strategic decision-making.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
* Experience in implementing and managing SaaS solutions, ideally with Adobe Workfront or similar PPM tools
* Technical understanding of API interfaces, SSO, and system diagnostics
* Willingness to learn basic automation or scripting
* Analytical thinking and a structured working style
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
