The Business Partner Management and Buying Workflow unit deals with processes and IT solutions for business partner management as well as workflow functions that guide our buyers through the entire process of tendering, contracting, article creation, listing and pricing.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide technical support to our IT teams.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Collaborating in an agile product team as an IT expert in the area of buying workflow management
* Supporting the development, implementation, configuration and use of our SAP-based applications
* Creating and refining (technical) requirements for the further development of our applications as an international interface between IT and business
* Designing and implementing proof of concepts to test new ideas and approaches
* Defining and designing processes and interfaces as well as developing in-depth expertise related to our applications
* Developing and evaluating technical concepts, software implementations and software architecture
* Supporting incident and problem management as well as closely managing our implementation partners
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Sound knowledge and experience related to SAP BTP
* Agile mindset and the ability to work in agile environments and product teams
* Basic understanding of the end-to-end software and product development process
* Good technical understanding and programming/SAP knowledge desirable
* Very good analytical and conceptual skills
* Experience in using problem-solving tools and techniques
* Ability to communicate and interact with internal stakeholders (e.g. end users) and external stakeholders (e.g. development partners) in a target-group-oriented manner
* Very good intercultural skills
* Professional fluency in English
What is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models
* Basic knowledge of Category Management and Assortment Planning
