About this Position
As part of our innovative EIMEA application engineering team at the Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf, you will actively support electronics and e-mobility projects to shape the future of the automotive world.
What you´ll do
* Execute technical tasks with a strong focus on customer needs, prioritizing assignments involving adhesives
* Perform laboratory procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including setup, operation, and maintenance of both existing and new laboratory equipment and methods
* Prepare laboratory reports, charts, and tables, and draw preliminary conclusions
* Develop and support operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods
* Participate in and support complaint root cause analysis and corrective action planning for all product-related issues
* Work with microdispensing equipment and adhesives within our electronics product portfolio
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a related field
* 2-3 years of work experience in a technical or laboratory environment, where chemicals are handled
* Preferably knowledge of adhesives or material testing as well as dispensing of adhesives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
