Right now, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: SECONDMENT - Interim – Digital & Technology lead Germany (m/f/d) Duration: 6-9 months Location: Berlin The Interim Director Digital & Technology is the primary engagement lead within Germany. The director will be accountable for proactive partnership & the delivery of the overall Pfizer Digital & Technology performance and operations for the country/function. The director is in charge of ensuring outcomes by developing and implementing unified Pfizer Digital & AI plans across the country What you can expect: Lead the overall development of the country digital & AI plan & ensure execution across the market Define & own c lear outcome based measurements with business sponsors and input from appropriate Pfizer Digital & Technology groups, to meet country priorities Proactively p artner with the German CLT to drive innovative use of technology, data, and/or digital (existing, new) to create value and superior experiences for patients, HCPs, payers and colleagues Drive & inspire all colleagues on the AI fluency & digital transformation journey Lead & advise on AI & digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities in support of our blue print ambition. Lead governance to prioritize and manage all Pfizer Digital & Technology demand for country. Clearly communicate prioritized demand and needs/requirements to all appropriate Pfizer Digital & Technology groups on an ongoing basis. Prepare and support annual Pfizer Digital & Technology budget for function/ country with input from appropriate Pfizer Digital groups. Work with appropriate Pfizer Digital & Technology groups to leverage and scale products and solutions across customers and geographies as appropriate Own & b e a catalyst for identifying opportunities for reinvention leading to growth & efficiency using AI that goes beyond transformation. Demonstrate a strong curiosity for technology innovation and be an early adopter role model for AI capabilities. Be driven by a speed to value mindset underpinned by proof points embedded in rapid prototypes in partnership with the Forward Impact Teams About you: Basis Qualification: Higher level technical qualification or degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Education: BS, MBA Preferred Discipline( s):, Information Technology, Computer Science. Data science/AI/ML very good german and english language skills Experience: Consulting experience preferred Demonstrated strategic thought partnership & ability to drive transformation E xperience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict C ommunicating information with confidence & clarity to internal & external senior stakeholders S trength in managing multiple projects and/or programs (i.e., collection of sub-projects) Proven ability to influence without authority, a wide range of senior stakeholders Strong knowledge of AI, Data Science & Digital within &/or outside of Pharma (preferred) Ability to prototype & use core AI tools e.g. co-pilot, co-pilot studio for fast delivery of ideas to MVP (preferred) High AI literacy with a proven curiosity to stay relevant with the latest developments & drive the team & peers to follow Commercial experience (sales, marketing, commercial operations, etc.) preferred Strong ability to engage cross – functional teams to deliver on time and within budget Proven ability to build strong teams; recruit top talent and develop colleagues of all levels Line management of one or more colleagues across multiple countries NON- STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Pfizer Digital & Technology i s a 7x24x365 operation. This role may require occasional physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.
