As a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
1. Process mapping and optimization, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and swimlane process modeling
2. Design of HR roles and structures, capacity planning, organizational analysis, and optimization of HR operating models and interactions
3. HR system and service landscape mapping, maturity assessment, strategy and roadmap development, and vendor evaluation
4. Workforce planning, people analytics, KPI definition, data flow analysis, and HR data architecture design
QualificationsQualifications
To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) at MHP, you bring the following qualifications:
5. A completed degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or HR IT, ideally within a consulting environment
6. Passion for end-to-end, integrated HR processes as well as new technologies and digitalization
7. Expertise in process management as well as with Miro, Signavio, Excel or Visio
8. A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams

9. Start date: by arrangement – always at the beginning of a month
10. Working hours: full-time ( hours); vacation days
11. Employment type: permanent

13. Languages: B2 German & English skills
14. Flexibility & willingness to travel
