Your tasks
- learning about entrepreneurial obligations for production compliance (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety Act, Hazardous Substances Ordinance, etc.)
- Support in the creation and maintenance of operational documents and data for operators in the field (e.g. hazard assessments, operating instructions, risk analyses, SOPs, etc.)
- Collecting, using and networking operational data (e.g., also experimental or measurement data)
- Support during and execution of site inspections and training sessions
- Monitoring of the current operational status and continuous validation of progress (e.g. heat map / dashboard)
- Migration of existing data to sustainable software solutions (e.g. SAP, dashboards, monday, etc.)
- Interface communication (matrix work) with internal and, if applicable, external partners
- Assistance with the organization and management of the document structure (archiving practice)
- Participation in projects (agile working environment) according to company needs
- Ambassador of a continuous safety culture
Your profile
Must Have:
- Successfully completed degree in natural sciences (specializing in organic chemistry) and/or professional experience with a qualifying degree and successfully demonstrated activity, for example with a background in a regulated environment
