Head of Performance Marketing (all genders)
Join to apply for the Head of Performance Marketing (all genders) role at Sunday Natural.
At Sunday Natural, we’re on a mission to bring premium wellness products to millions of customers across Europe. As we accelerate our growth, Performance Marketing becomes one of the most important levers for scaling our brand and unlocking new markets.
As our Head of Performance Marketing (all genders), you will hire and lead a high-performing team of up to 10 channel specialists and architect the next-generation growth engine that powers Sunday Natural’s expansion across Europe. You will take full ownership of a two-digit million annual marketing budget and elevate our Paid Social and Paid Search capabilities to a world‑class level.
Your mandate: Build a resilient, diversified, analytically driven growth engine — and turn Performance Marketing into a powerful, scalable driver of Sunday Natural’s long‑term success.
Please note: This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in leading highly skilled experts, guiding them through complex considerations, and pushing boundaries in a fast‑paced, tech‑and‑data‑driven marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
* Own and evolve the full performance acquisition setup by deeply analyzing channels, execution, creatives, and measurement to identify and unlock the highest‑impact growth opportunities.
* Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing in‑house team by managing existing team members and agencies, hiring and developing performance specialists.
* Gradually shift from hands‑on execution to strategic leadership, while remaining close enough to the channels to challenge assumptions, guide complex decisions, and ensure high execution quality.
* Drive sustainable growth across core and new channels, maintaining efficient, incrementality‑driven Google investment, accelerating Meta performance, and scaling additional channels beyond Google and Meta to build a resilient acquisition mix.
* Own budget allocation and performance steering, ensuring investment decisions are based on incremental impact, clear KPIs, and a balanced understanding of measurable and non‑measurable effects.
* Build a creative performance engine, enabling high‑frequency testing and fast learning loops in close partnership with Creative, CRO, and Data teams.
* Drive analytical excellence and execution speed, questioning numbers, connecting KPIs, and ensuring strategies are translated into concrete actions with urgency and impact.
* Champion technology, automation, and innovation, leveraging algorithms, AI, and MarTech solutions to improve decision‑making, efficiency, and scalability.
* Establish a continuous innovation pipeline, validating and scaling new growth levers across audiences, automation, funnels, and creative to improve blended CAC while growing total customer volume.
YOUR PROFILE
* Education: A strong academic foundation that demonstrates high analytical aptitude and structured problem‑solving ability.
* Industry and Channel Know-How: 7+ years performance marketing experience, preferably within B2C/D2C environments, with deep operational expertise in Meta or Google that goes beyond UI‑based optimization. Proven ability to run, optimize, and scale campaigns end‑to‑end, plus experience building TikTok and YouTube into meaningful acquisition channels.
* Leadership: At least 2+ years of leadership experience, also with hiring, developing, and motivating channel specialists, with the ability to build a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.
* Skills: Highly analytical and data‑driven, able to diagnose performance issues and make clear, outcome‑oriented decisions. Strong creative‑performance understanding and high‑velocity testing experience. Technically fluent in tracking, attribution, automation, and pragmatic AI use.
* Mindset: A challenger mentality with strong bias for action — fast, focused, and comfortable simplifying complex challenges. Thrives in a high‑performance, fast‑paced scale‑up environment with strong ownership.
* Communication: Clear and concise communicator who can distill complex performance insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
* Language Skills: Excellent command of English (C1 working proficiency).
If you’re ready to take ownership of a high‑impact growth function, solve complex performance challenges, and shape the future of our customer acquisition at scale — we’d love to meet you.

ABOUT US
Sunday Natural emerged from a long‑standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high‑quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 290 employees from more than 40 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under‑represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
