Audit Transition Project Officer
* Support the Fund Auditor Transition program and ensure alignment with project milestones.
* Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
* Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
* Assist in the implementation of digital audit tools.
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, fund boards, and regulators.
* Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and escalate issues when needed.
* Maintain oversight across all impacted funds throughout the transition process.
This role requires a strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting the fund auditor transition program, coordinating meetings, preparing project documentation, and implementing digital audit tools. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting and possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
