Legal Counsel Role
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team. As Legal Counsel, you will be involved in various corporate operations and transactions, including acquisitions and restructurings.
You will participate in the investment process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborate with key stakeholders such as notaries, banks, and other parties.
You will work closely with another senior legal expert who has extensive experience in Luxembourg, sharing their knowledge and expertise with you.
You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contractual agreements, including shareholder and partnership deals, loan contracts, and side letters.

* Participate in the investment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including notaries, banks, and other parties.
* Work closely with another senior legal expert to share knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg or as legal counsel in a holding company, with a Master's degree in Law and excellent language skills in French and English.
Strong organizational skills and discretion are also essential, given the company's family connections and reputation.
