Administrative Officer Position
A renowned organization is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to manage various aspects of company law and fund regulation.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points;
* Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions;
* Review fund documentation with critical analysis;
* Work autonomously and meet tight deadlines;
* Maintain corporate files for a client base;
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
* Deliver high-quality services to clients in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
* First-hand experience in corporate governance or legal positions within the fund industry;
* Familiarity with the Luxembourg fund industry, including its actors, laws, and regulations;
* Fluency in English and French; any additional language skills are an asset;
* Excellent organizational and communication skills;
* Able to work proactively and as part of a team.
