* Employee Experience: Design seamless onboarding processes that make employees feel welcome from their first touchpoint. Ensure top-notch offboarding experiences as well.

The ideal candidate is a registered student with business administration or related field knowledge. They must possess excellent communication skills (C1 level) for effective interactions with candidates and colleagues alike.
