As the Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead the management of all corporate tax compliance and advisory services across Siemens Energy’s GB & Ireland businesses. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving tax strategy on complex cross-border transactions and M&A activities using the Siemens Energy PATAC tool. Your expertise will directly influence business decisions and ensure compliance with evolving tax legislation. How You'll Make an Impact
1. Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance for domestic and international Siemens Energy entities in GB&I, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
2. Lead tax advisory support on UK and Irish corporate tax matters including cross-border trade, mergers & acquisitions, and legislative implementation.
3. Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing new tax processes and digital solutions.
4. Oversee transfer pricing updates and resolve key tax issues linked to business models.
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including HMRC, KPMG, and global tax networks.
6. Mentor and develop junior tax team members, fostering professional growth within the department.
What you Bring
7. 5+ years PQE with strong UK and international tax expertise, backed by relevant tax and accounting qualifications.
8. Solid UK technical tax knowledge and experience with tax compliance software (, Alphatax, SAP).
9. Awareness of international tax regimes and developments to navigate global business challenges.
10. Ability to manage complex projects, collaborate in diverse teams, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
11. Integrity, customer focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
