Contract Management Specialist - Berlin based, hybrid. €40,000-€50,000 + benefits + bonus

Our client, an established global leader withing the medical devices industry, is looking to appoint a new team member for the DACH market. You will be part of the Contracts Management service team and be fluent in German (C1/C2) and English.

This is a great team in a small office in Berlin, where you will work 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Reporting to the team manager you will bring administrative and customer service experience with previous IT skills, in Excel, Word etc.

Core Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end execution of new and renewal service contracts, including a 90-day renewal cycle.
* Achieve quarterly renewal targets while retaining active client accounts.
* Maintain accurate CRM records covering renewals, contracts, client interactions, and forecasts.
* Handle contract amendments, mergers, cancellations, and transfers, escalating issues as required.
* Proactively identify complex renewal cases to maintain high on-time renewal performance.
* Engage clients and partners through structured follow-ups to ensure timely contract closure.
* Collaborate with Account Managers & Customer Services to recover at-risk and late renewals.
* Build strong, proactive relationships with clients to identify issues and drive resolution.
* Partner with internal teams and stakeholders across regions to enhance service delivery.
* Maintain working knowledge of Hologic products and services to address inquiries, complaints, and upsell opportunities.
* Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities during client reviews and communicate leads to Sales.
* Produce reports on out-of-contract/on-stop sites and associated revenue gaps.
* Provide guidance and aligned support to colleagues across multiple regions.
* Apply sound financial judgment to make profitable operational decisions and highlight risks.

This role is to start ASAP, offering a competive compensation and benefits. You will bring near native level spoken and written in German, fluent English and ideally good knowledge of French. You will have proven IT skills, essential to have a high level of Excel. You will be articulate and confident coming from a B2B client background.
