Senior Consultant (m/f/d) – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
A leading consultancy in HR and HR-IT transformation is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (5+ years) to join their growing team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems—especially SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central—for enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
* Configure cloud-based HR systems and support system integration
* Guide clients through testing, training, and rollout phases
* Deliver ongoing system optimization, release management, and international rollouts
* Serve as a trusted advisor to client HR and IT teams, helping align tech with business goals
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
* Strong knowledge of HR master data, compensation, payroll integration, time management
* Experience in internal HR departments or as a consulting partner
* Analytical thinking, process expertise, and a hands-on mindset
* Fluency in both German and English
* Willingness to travel for project work within the DACH region
