YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Designing and implementing innovative outpatient psychiatric treatment programs compliant with §118 Abs. 1 SGB V, including acute psychiatric ambulatory services (PIA akut), community psychiatric centers (GPZ), and home treatment models (StäB).
* Applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches within general psychiatry to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Providing culturally sensitive, integrative psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients presenting a wide spectrum of psychiatric disorders.
* Collaborating closely with inpatient psychiatric departments and the clinic’s admission center to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
* Managing emergency and crisis psychiatric interventions in accordance with SGB V regulations.
* Supporting and encouraging participation in internal and external professional development activities, supervision sessions, and acquisition of specialized qualifications.
* Utilizing systemic concepts in acute psychiatry settings (SYMPA) to enhance patient outcomes.
* Participating in the clinic’s on-call duty roster to provide continuous psychiatric care.
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed medical degree with specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
* Several years of professional experience in psychiatric practice.
* Strong interest in working within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to social psychiatric networking and community engagement.

* Valid German medical license (Approbation) and proficiency in German at a C1 level or higher.
