Key Responsibilities
* Support the management team in leading all sales activities and marketing efforts
* Ensure exceptional product, hygiene, and service quality for our customers

* Oversee inventory management, cash handling, staffing, and other operational tasks
Requirements
* Passion for fish, quality, and service
* Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a related field
* Relevant work experience or specialized further education
* Desirable: initial leadership experience

* A willingness to innovate and adapt to new ideas
