We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Sales Contract Management Support" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
* Digital and paper-based archiving of all delivery files and other contractual documents
* Dispatch of delivery documents to various internal functions (Sales and Finance) and external parties (Airline Customers)
* Creation, update and dispatch of notifications for courier services
* Creation and dispatch of notices of delivery including managing and arranging notary appointments & preparing the necessary documents
Your profile:
* Completed vocational training as an office communications clerk with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
* More than two years of professional experience in the field of secretarial/ assistant
* Experience in a secretarial and administrative area is required
* Knowledge of Google Workspace
* Fluent in English
* German is an advantage
* Flexible working hours required: twice a week until 8 p.m.
