Corporate Real Estate Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our corporate real estate portfolio. As a Corporate Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and technical management of our owned and leased properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative and technical management of owned and leased properties
* Responsibility for a designated property portfolio within the company's real estate management department
* Contract management for leases, including amendments
* Planning and implementation of ongoing maintenance and repair measures
* Coordination and control of internal and external interfaces during relocations, renovations, and extensions
* Participation in the development of departmental processes
Requirements:
* Completed training as an Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
* Multiple years of experience in the administration of commercial properties and knowledge of land and contract law
* Experience with the digitalization of core processes in property management
* Knowledge of corporate real estate management or asset management is an advantage
* Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt flexibly while maintaining an overview of multiple projects and tasks
* Self-motivated, structured, and reliable working style, combined with creative problem-solving skills
* Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
* Excellent German language skills (C2 level or native speaker)
* After a successful probationary period and trial phase, you may work from home on individual days
